is a director and arts administrator from Puerto Rico and Chicago. She started acting in commercials, radio, and theatre at five, then pivoted to stage management in high school. She felt more at home on that side of the rehearsal room, but quickly realized she had too many opinions. Clearly, directing was the right fit for her.
As an eldest daughter, she is (naturally) also an administrator/project manager/producer. Process matters just as much as product.
Bibiana is interested in work that plays with form, Puerto Rican/Latine history, magical realism, and stories that build empathy. (We're all stuck on this planet together; we might as well try and get to know each other.)
